Il Festegé is made from the red Freisa grape variety, our sunniest vine.
The youngest part of the Freisa is manually harvested and kept in crates at perfect maturity to produce a high-quality sparkling wine. We carry out a short maceration “on the skins” to extract the right colour and the delicate aroma of wild strawberries, characteristic of this grape variety.
In 2019 we started its vinification in amphora, metodo classico 36 months.
